2009 -------
Added a write-mode mapping to CSS styles. As this is a proprietary Microsoft
extension, removed from the latest CSS 3 draft and not supported by other
browser (as Firefox), I have added a further heuristic, that if there is a right
to left in one of the paragraph styles, the default is set to right to left, by
adding the 'dir' property to the HTML body element.
I believe that we are living better with this solution and it can be easily
manually fixed. ;-)
