@is: Looks like it is caused by the solver lib directory being in
LD_LIBRARY_PATH when rpm is called (and looks unrelated to issue 97715, at least
at first sight). Issue 97992 will get rid of LD_LIBRARY_PATH in build
environment, so this issue should be solved then. Until then, a workaround
might be to unset LD_LIBRARY_PATH around calls to rpm (and that workaround
should be removed again once issue 97992 is integrated).
