The language "gl" was listed in the list of languages, that require an English
Windows Installation. Therefore to every build of language "gl", English was
added automatically in OOo 3.0.1.
But I found, that for OOo 3.1 "gl" was already removed from this list. Therefore
there will be pure Galician installation sets for OOo 3.1 and there is nothing
more to do to fix this task.
