pl->as: the reason is SetWindowState with solar mutex not locked; i attached a
fix for that. However since there might be a possible deadlock involved when
locking the solarmutex i'd rather you evaluated whether another mutex should be
unlocked at that time.
Please also consider that msc would like to make this issue 2.0 if you deem the
risk low.
