Khong: I realized only yesterday that there are two ways of encoding romanian
characters. Was the correction made with t-comma and s-comma OR with t-cedilla
and s-cedilla? More information:

Both systems are in current use, t-comma and s-comma being the official code
(used in Linux etc.). Sadly, e.g. Windows XP uses wrong (=cedilla) codes. To
make the issue even more confusing, in most fonts t-cedilla appears to have the
same forms as t-comma... (since t-cedilla is not used in any language).
In alphabetical order both codes should have the same value and position.
