AW: It is to unsure if all the text is inside the text frame. Even for text
frames (compared to object with text which may stick over the object) it is
possible to set the text spacing to borders to big negative values to place the
text completely outside the textbox (an unwanted, but used effect). So i opt for
not adding getB2DRange() shortcuts for now.
