accepted, problem is due to the fact that treatment of Item ( default method )
of a Range is not correct for a Rows/Columns range ( because it expects that a
Rows ( or indeed Columns ) range is in fact a single row or column range, needs
fixing.
Setting target to 3.2 ( maybe sooner if I find a kindly cws owner who will take
the fix when available )
