AW: (a) works well (and is faster), added and checked. Needed some time because
i copied the need conversion from somewhere else in drawinglayer to re-use the
floor and ceil usages. This lead to a copy-paste error; there is ONE place in
drawinglayer where by purpose floor and ceil are exchanged, and i used it. I
added a warning text there.
Checked in, done.
