To test please use DialogWithHelpImage.oxt attachment from i83627.
The images are placed on foo extension's help page "Page 1". They
now should be visible, no matter from which help viewer tab page
"Page 1" is opened. Before it only worked from the find page.
- On the contents tab "Page 1" can be found at the bottom, e.g.
Foo Extension / All Pages / Page 1
- On the Index Tab page it can be found at All Pages / Page 1,
usually you have to scroll down some lines to see it
- On the Find page you can search for "text", then "Page 1"
will be the fifth entry named "Extension foo page1".
