No adjustments to the testscripts are required for this CWS.
The detection routine just tries to access the UNO API of the usage tracking
"extension", if it succeeds we assume that the extension is installed.
This mechanism is problematic if we want to test the functionality with an
autotest because we cannot use the same approach to re-enable the extension,
maybe there is a way via UI.
Need to check.
Setting issue to fixed/closed as it does not need to be verified after
integeration - no changes were made.
