Indeed I changed the dependencies in dictionaries, but until now we didn't add
one to readlicense_oo. My CWS is in QA already, but I think adding this now is
OK as it does not change the code.
Fixed in CWS mba31issues01
For all currently suffering from it: change the first line of
dictionaries/prj/build.lst to
di dictionaries : readlicense_oo soltools NULL
