Don't recognize this, though it may be on the very first uno exception which
might suggest that e.g. /tmp and /home/user are mounted with noexec or something
of that nature.
There will be an update for F-10 OpenOffice.org to 3.0.1 in the new day or so
and it is possible that the error is fixed in that version. You can try:
yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing openoffice.org-writer
to test that theory immediately
if that still fails, then the output of
strace -f /usr/lib/openoffice.org3/program/soffice.bin -writer > /tmp/run.log
2>&1
might give some useful insight
(install strace with yum install strace)
