1. Open an existing large Writer document.

2. Open a new window for this same document using Window->New

3. Adjust windows side-by-side on the screen.

4. Put the window 1 in say, page 1, and window 2 on page, say 10.

5. Now in the first window, insert a note. Window 2 now shows the same page as 
window 1.

Document windows should not present this behavior, as one might be wanting to 
work on differents parts 
of a document.

Another point is that if you have "View->Notes" unmarked on both windows and 
add a note in window 1, 
for example, both windows now show notes. But you have to un-mark that option 
again per-window.

This is a very annoying bug.
