2009 -------
Fixed.
Modified master.inc and gvariable.inc (as the global variable for the
improvement extension was badly named: The extension is no extension anymore so
i removed the part of the variable name).
Added new test f_usage_tracking.bas and includes/f_usage_tracking.inc with four
new test cases and four issues registered, one fatal.
