------- Additional comments from [email protected] Mon Feb 2 10:20:34 +0000 2009 ------- I have a document with an embedded image in Windows XP. If I right-click on this image and select "Image" to display its properties, and then go to the "macro" tab, OpenOffice throws an error and crashes. The error seems to be related to the version of Java found in the system, which is 1.6.0_11 . Trying to reproduce the same bug in GNU/Linux (Ubuntu) with JRE 1.6.0_10 didn't show this behavior. To my knowledge, no macro is attached to this image and there is no reason for the error to happen other than a generic java version incompatibility. I have uploaded a screen capture to show the error it gives. The text is in spanish, but it reads: "OpenOffice.org requires a java running environment (JRE) for carrying out this task. The Java running environment (JRE) selected is flawed. Select another version or install another JRE and select it in Tools - Options - OpenOffice.org - Java" The screenshot is at: http://img132.imageshack.us/my.php?image=sna32zu3.png --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
