This is due (for whatever reason...) to the proximity of the frames.
To reproduce from scratch:
- new text document
- insert 2 frames
- in each of those frames insert a table
- type some text in each table
- set for each table "Table - Table Properties - Text Flow - Vertical
alignment: Centered"
-> Now if you move the frames so that they overlap, the text of one of the
frames won't be correctly aligned.
To quickly reproduce:
- open attached (below) document
-> Notice that the text of the second frame is correctly centered aligned
- move the second frame above the first one
-> the text alignment switches to TOP
