The InprocHandler32 registry key for OOo formats points to <OOo installation path>\program\inprocserv.dll This dll can be found at <OOo installation path>\Basis\program\inprocserv.dll. After correcting the registry value, there is still a problem, because uwinapi.dll is not found.
