Start new document.  Type title and center. Select title. Go Format, Paragraph,
Border, create border under selected text. OK.  Problem:  Now that there is a
border and your cursor is on the title line one cannot click below the border to
type on a new line.  Work around: A user must type the title press enter a
couple of times at least and then put the border below the title.  Then, once
the border is in place below the title the user can click below the border to
continue typing.
