------- Additional comments from [email protected] Wed Feb 4 19:26:59 +0000 2009 ------- Open the testcase. See the page 6, there is a chapter "Výskumy a pokrok" with formatting style Heading 2. Now go to the table of content on the beginning. As You can see, the chapter is omitted. Even if You regenerate the table, the chapter is not there. I got into this by trying to assign a numbering to the Heading 2 style. Then I possibly deleted an autogenerated letter number from the chapter name. After this, and possibly regenerating the table of content, all level 2 chapters disappeared from the table (the original document had 80 pages). Even after I edited the style Heading 2 and switched the numbering off, the problem persists. Now, interestingly, when I copy the whole text and paste it into a new document, the level 2 headings REAPPEAR in the table, with letters in the beginning of them. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
