Issue 96184 (treated as a duplicate of this issue 92224) was:

>> alt-shift-left alt-shift-right alt-shift-up alt-shift-down
>> (arrow keys) on Mac OS X MUST NOT manipulate tables

alt-up
alt-down
manipulates tables.

alt-up and alt-down on Mac OS X MUST NOT manipulate tables.
