Confirming this for the Vista system file picker.
I think the special aspect of the quickstart file picker is: The file picker is
not released after closing, the same instance is kept until the terminiation of
the process.
As a result the STA thread of the Vista file picker is not terminated, and
probably it keeps looping endlessly.
