Hmm, Windows Vista. I saw this behavior and I think there's still one issue
opened because of this error (can't find it).
Does this happen when do you try to save file to normal folder? It means, any
folder outside C:\Documents and Settings\ (or whatever it is under Vista)? Try
to create C:\Doc, assign rights to your user and try to save your file into this
directory.
