Actually I was working on a spreadsheet in the foreground. So I saw more messages to report. Stalled at 1% Transferred a partial file. The Resume and Pause boxes were grey. it would not let me continue. This doesn't look like the same error. This time it stopped and didn't restart from zero on it's own. But I didn't leave it alone to try either. The PPP widget running in the corner showed full bandwidth usage, then stopped. There were no interruptions in the internet connection. Also, Yesterday, it said something about a host/dns lookup. That didn't make sense as it should've already had that in /named/ memory. Unless it tried to look up a different host mid-stream.
