Do not use "Slide Show Setting" but "Custom Slide Show". You can define what
ever range you want. In addition you can skip slides or use a new order. With
OOo you are able to build your slide show more flexible than only determine a
"from" and "to".
This is a feature request and the description is clear, so I will confirm it as
feature request. But I personally think, that there is no need for an additional
field. If you think this too, you should close the issue.
