Just make a clarification:

It's a half-width comma, or a common English comma, *not* a Chinese comma(full
width).

I really don't know why DBC means half-with and SBC means full width.
When I see DBC, "Double Byte Character" will come into my mind.
And when I see SBC, I'll think of "Single Byte Character".

I nearly have the doubt that this may be a mistake in the dictionary.

Who knows the where the "DBC case" and "SBC case" come from? Are they come from
an international standard or some convention?
