------- Additional comments from [email protected] Sat Feb 14 22:54:27 +0000 2009 ------- When inserting an Alphabetical Index AND choosing "Combine identical entries": The page numbers in the entry are not sorted correctly relative to the order in which they appear in the document. For instance if the first three pages of the document are number roman "i, ii, ii" and then the next three pages are numbered "1,2,3", combining them in the index gives "1,2,3,i,ii,iii". This should be "i,ii,iii,1,2,3" because "i,ii,iii" came first in the document. No sort algorithm should really be done on the page numbers, the first ones found should be first. Thus, if the first three pages were i,A,1 ... this is the order it should print. In any case, in the BR/US system "i,ii,iii" usually comes before "1,2,3". --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
