1. When you click on the scroolbar (not on the scrollbar-button!) and hold down
the mouse-button, the program records plenty of mouse-clicks - so if you release
the mouse-button, scrolling will continue for a long time, leaving you on a
position you never wanted.

2. Same problem when you press PageUp/PageDown for more than an instand. The
scrolling should stop immediately when the user releases the scrolling-buttons.

3. Same problem when you click in the text and hold down the mouse-button to
mark some paragraphs. if the selection you want to make doesn't fit on 1 screen,
you are obliged to move the mouse up or down to start a smooth scrolling - which
you'll never be able to control once it has started. Very uncomfortable.
