Well, this is strange, because the installation uses the correct codepage. And
of course installation and uninstallation are defined in the same msi database.
In the msi-encodinglist.txt I found some inconsistent values, but if
installation looks good, this cannot cause this problem:
sh 0 2074 # Serbian Latin
sr 0 3098 # Serbian Cyrillic
sr-SP 1251 3098 # Serbian Cyrillic
I suppose the sr and sr-SP should have the same Ansi codepage (0 (for Unicode)
or 1251).
Setting target OOo 3.2.
