For some fonts the bugdoc from issue 99241 shows problems. These fonts have in 
common that the 
logical advance width reported for these glyphs is non-zero. Since diacritics 
are not supposed to change 
the logical text width this is unexpected and important heuristics used for 
text layout and especially for 
text justification don't handle this gracefully.
