------- Additional comments from [email protected] Wed Feb 18 19:27:37 +0000 2009 ------- In using the Tools|AutoCorrect feature I don't seem to be able to create my own custom rules that work. (The first ones I tried were %phi to φ these didn't work so I tested aar to argh and this didn't work either. The included ones did however) Here is what I did: 1. I have input the replace and with fields, pressed new. 2. I checked these appeared in the table below. 3. I clicked on OK typed the replace characters and this didn't work 4. It works with the included list that OpenOffice came with but not any custom ones I add. Initially the program informed me an autocorrect change had been made (even though it wasn't) however this pop-up has stopped happening. Any help or suggestion of possible conflicts would be great as I assume this is not a bug or a lot more people would be screaming.
