SBA: I can neither reproduce this in OOo 3.0.1 (OOO300_m15) nor in current
OOO310_m1 build. Update from "OOo 3.0.1 default" French dict extension to
current one (version 3.1) works as expected on Mac OS X.
My scenario:
- Install OOo 3.0.1 to "Applications"
- Start OOo
- Look at Tools - Options - Language settings-Writing Aids, see that Mac OS X
and Hunspell are both activated, make no changes, Close that dialog.
- New Writer doc, type some French text with errors
- Set entire text to French (if not default)
( -> See the marked wrong words => FR spellcheck is active)
- Tools - Extension manager
- Click "Check for Updates"
(-> See that "French Dicollecte" offers an update)
- Click "Install Update
- Acknowledge License
- New Extension installed, see different logo (FR flag) in Extension manager
dialog
-> Everything works fine
Set to "Worksforme"
SBA-> xandrani: Please comment, thx.
