pictures or graphs are usually imported (or linked) as tif, gif, eps, svg,
jpeg.... It would be very useful, to be able to open the files directly in an
external program such as photoshop, freehand or any program which can deal much
better with the files.

proposal:
double click or left click the picture and than it says something like: open in
freehand/photoshop... and it opens it directly.

in the preferences, the prefered program for editing a specific file format can
be preset.

Advantage:
-as useful as a database
-if I would like to change something in the graph, I don't have to search
-I keep the overview, if I have a huge amount of graphs for documentations or
books (>>100 graphs and pictures)
