------- Additional comments from [email protected] Sun Feb 22 08:55:47 +0000 2009 ------- The numbering functionality for headings is farcical! Surely it should default to: 1. 1.1 2. 2.1 2.2 Anyway I did EXACTLY what it said in the help and it didn't work. I get: 1. 2. 1.1 1.2 How ridiculous. It is SO counter-intuitive. I never had a problem with Microsoft word like this. StarOffice is no better, it also has severe deficits in this area. WHY OH WHY OH WHY is it showing 1.1 after 2. There is probably a "reason", but the only real reason is bad design, end of. I am sick of technical people using excuses when code is in fact badly designed. I shouldn't need to do some annoying configuration. The design should be: 1) Intuitive 2) Default to sensible values Currently Star Office and Open Office fail with numbering. Sorry for getting angry but bad design will do that to a person. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
