I checked with "Ooo 3.0.1 (DE) Multilingual version GERMAN UI WIN XP:
[OOO300m15 (Build 9379)]" and can confirm the reported effect in
"bugMedian.ods". The problem vanishes when I select formatting "scientifec" for
all cells (or 10 decimals).
So only some "user-error 7 unappropriate formatting" remains.
Pls. feel free to reopen this issue, if you find out that it still is
reproducible for you with a 3.x version.
