Fixed in kdefixes01 CWS with one exception: The startup notification is still
handled in the generic vclplug.
I am afraid that it will have to remain so because of the .desktop files. When
they contain "StartupNotify=true", the application must signal that it already
started. This wouldn't be possible if the generic plugin did not handle the
startup notification by itself and the Gtk+ or KDE/Qt plugins were uninstalled.
I'll have a look later whether I can find a solution.
