It would be useful, especially when sending merged document as html, to be able
to send *additional* attachments. e.g. sending a personal email to everyone in
the addresslist and then additionally attach another document or file to that
email. 

We can send the current merged document as an attachment when in e.g. .odt or
.doc format, and we can send the current document as inline html. But we can't
then add another attachment to be sent along with the personalized email.
