Although maybe not fitting 100% I add this one to the duplicate list
of #i59890 as it's one of the hardly ever reproducible problems with
corrupted Basic library configurations. The WebWizard library has
been removed long time ago anyway and it's not very likely that this
problem can be reproduced at all on newer versions. -> Duplicate
