------- Additional comments from [email protected] Wed Feb 25 05:05:40 +0000 2009 ------- When opening a PowerPoint file in OpenOffice, any macros present in the PowerPoint are lost. When the PowerPoint is saved in ODP format, the file does not contain any reference to macros. If converted back to PowerPoint, the macros remain lost. The PowerPoint file which demonstrated this problem was created using Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 for Windows and contained two simple test macros. This issue does not affect Excel or Word files. The problem occurred on both Solaris 10 and Windows XP platforms. This problem was found in OOo 2.4.1 and is present in OOo 3.0.
