dvo: There was a bug in XTolerantMultiPropertySet::getDirectValuesTolerant,
which would use the style's properties if it doesn't have any properties of its
own. The bug has been in for some time, but was never noticed because the first
use of this implementation started load/save optimizations introduced in m89
(CWS calcuno01).
