OO version should be OOO310m2

It is find that the table issue, when save the file in .doc format then reopen
it, the cells / columns will lose, then first column and second column will
merged together, see attachment , I am not sure it is related to the issue 99625
or not. which I reported the table will resize abnormally at reopen.

Steps to reproduce the case:
1. create a table with 3 column and offset the table from both left margin and
right margin
2. save the file into .doc format
3. reopen the file, the 1st and 2nd col will merged and 3rd col will lose
