MRU->OD: I guess, that this broke with the implementation of the "Outlinelevel
feature". Just export the attached odt to WW8, reload -> the TOC is empty,
because it is not build by "Outline" anymore (see in TOC's properties).
We shoulk treat this as stopper, IMO.
