that narrows the fraction to one digit only. 8/9 is the best approximation
possible for 0.92 using one digit.
For a better result use the format code
# ??/??
instead, which will display 23/25 that is exact in this case.
The 11/12 you mentioned is less exact as it equals 0.91666...
