A Row 1 (A1) and key "Enter" Enter the value 25 in Col. B Row 2 (B2) and key "Enter" Select Col. A Row 10 (A10) Click "SUM" (Sigma) icon in the Formula tool bar "Formula Input Line" and cell A10 update with "=SUM(A1:A9)" Delete "A1:A9" from between the parenthesis Ensure courser is between parenthesis "(|)" Click Col. A Row 1 (A1) "A1" appears between the parenthesis in the "Formula Input Line" e.g. "=SUM(A1)" and cell A1 is highlighted Holding the "Ctrl" key down, mouse click Col.
