This is a Windows bug. All Windows versions except Win XP create a hashvalue for
the icon cache index based on <filename,iconnumber>. Only the filename without
the path is used for the hash value. So Windows thinks it already knows the
icons for soffice.xe it does not update the icon cache, even rebooting won't
help because it's an persitant cache.
Only the icons for .odb will work because there was no icon registered with OOo
1.1 (though it was inside the resources).
Workaround: Run the Microsoft TweakUI Tool and click "Repair Icons" on Tabpage
"Paranoia".
Nevertheless I'll implement a custom action inside setup process that will do
the same as the MS tool.
