broken strings:
scp2/source/writer/localize.sdf contains "%PRODUCTNAM " instead of
"%PRODUCTNAME" (1x for language uz)
scp2/source/impress/localize.sdf contains "%%PRODUCTNAME" instead of
"%PRODUCTNAME" (1x for language te-IN)
scp2/source/ooo/localize.sdf contains "%PRODUCTVERSIO " (with a tab after the
ending O) instead of "%PRODUCTVERSION" (20x for language rw)
Affected are the languages
