If I try to type the following sentence in Writer: "Prevented U.S. and U.S.S.R.
from building ABM system."

It will ALWAYS be rendered as:

"Prevented U.S. and U.S.S.R From building ABM system."

The 'f' in 'from' cannot be forced into lowercase unless I already have a space
after the word and delete the 'F' before replacing it with 'f'.

In Microsoft Office, the lowercase 'f' would be allowed after deleting the word
with the uppercase 'F' and retyping the word again.
