I noticed a problem when editing a DOC document someone else had created with MS Word. He has apparently added page no:s to the doc (which is not a good idea in the first place, in regard of book publishing: K.I.S.S. is the acronym I have learned to respect!) and now those numbers are located in the left margin instead of the header. You get a picture of what I mean in this screenshot (sorry about being so secretive and smudging the text — it is a bit sensitive before publication): <http://www.aijaa.com/v.php?i=3714134.jpg> Is there a simple way to remove the page number in order to make it more technically publisher-friendly?
