This is the same in so far that "Optimal" should show the relevant content
(outside of borders issue 58417 or inside of text area: this issue). So both
issues have the same root cause.
Plus, submitting new issues for existing old ones only creates duplicates. It
does not make older ones get fixed faster.
Feel free to submit a patch and a Feature specification if you think this should
be fixed ASAP.
