1. Enter a decimal in a cell, and apply user-defined format to it. The possible
user-defined format including:

[DBNum1]

[DBNum2]

[DBNum3]

[DBNum4](Just for Korean) 

I can confirm [DBNum1] [DBNum2] and [DBNum3] don't work. I think maybe [DBNum4]
don't work for Korean either.
