Vocalized Hebrew text is not justified correctly under Windows XP. The visual
effect is similar to the one noticed in issue 77976: The last letter of a word
is not aligned properly, it seems to be left aligned in its cell.

The problem does not exist on Vista, so I suspect that the manual right-aligning
of glyphs does not work as expected. Maybe some fixing as done in KashidaXXXFix
is also needed here.
